17 Techniques of mind control

How sure are you that your beliefs and opinions are your own? Did you do any research? Where did you hear it from? Was it from the news, the government, an expert, your doctor, a scientist. They must tell the truth, don’t they. They have your best interest at heart. Oh yeah?

I know asking yourself these questions, can drive you mad, but we are all victims of mind control and propaganda, because it is everywhere. It is on the TV, the news, the movies, on the radio, the neighbours, your family, your co-workers, your business associates. It is in the shops, the internet, social media. Some of it is in your face, but most of it is subliminal. Your conscious mind won’t pick it up, but the subconscious does. When the message is repeated often enough, the subconscious mind will act it out, because it thinks that is what the majority does or want.

The subconscious mind is that part of the mind that is hidden from your conscious mind. It is the loving part of your mind that wants to keep you safe. It scans the environment every day to see what has the most repetitive content. That would mean that is what the majority does. All to keep you safe in the tribe.

Becoming aware of how mind control works is the first step. Below is a great video about 17 techniques of propaganda.

All these techniques are used to keep you small and average and easy to control. Toxic substances are freely available to enhance the effect of the mind control, like the use of coffee, alcohol, smoking, pot, medications and junk food. Anyone trying to escape and wants to become healthy or super successful is being attacked or called extreme or weirdos. You know the old saying; misery loves company.

The good news is that you can use the same mind control techniques to create your best life ever. If you want to know more, contact me at info@estherpthealthcoach.com.
