1. Drink more water.
Your body is made of about 70% of water. A reduction of your optimal water levels by a few percent will directly reduces your energy greatly. Lots of diseases are linked to dehydration as well, like headaches, obesity, muscle cramping, high blood pressure, urine infection and more. Drinking coffee dehydrates you as well as alcohol, but it is how most people start their day and end their day. And then they are surprised that they are tired all the time.
2. Get enough sleep
Proper sleep is essential to recharge your body. During sleep your body gets repaired and made ready for a new day. Not sleeping enough also leads to mental issues, like depression and anxiety. The best time to go to bed is between 9 and 9.30 pm and be asleep by 10 pm. Best time to wake up is between 5 and 6 am.
3. Exercise regularly
Most people think that exercise makes them more tired but that is not the case. Exercise gives you energy. Your body is made to move and be active. The less you do the more tired you will feel. When you exercise correctly you get a burst of feel good hormones through your body which stimulates you mentally and physically.

Eating healthy, natural, organic whole foods is loaded with good nutrients that feeds and energizes your body. Try to eat around 50% of raw foods which has the most nutrients. Cooking your food to death or microwaving your food is not going to nourish your body. Processed and junk foods are literally taking energy out of your body. It is hard for your body to digest them.
5. Get sun exposure
The sun is an energy source and it makes us feel good and alive, like charging up a battery. It forms vitamin D in your body which is vital for keeping your bones and muscle healthy. It also helps with depression. Staying out of the sun or putting sunblocks or sun cremes on your body will make you prone for a variety of diseases. Most sun cremes are toxic and they are one of the causes of skin issues, not the sun itself. Having a toxic body is another one. What the body can’t process will be pushed out to the surface, through the skin.
