It also helps with depression. Staying out of the sun or putting sunblocks or sun cremes on your body will make you prone for a variety of diseases. Most sun cremes are toxic and they are one of the causes of skin issues, not the sun itself. Having a toxic body is another one. What the body can’t process will be pushed out to the surface, through the skin.
