Environmental toxins are making you fat and sick

To think that it is just calories in and calories out to get you in the right shape, is a bit short sighted. There are many other factors that play a role why you can’t lose those pounds. Environmental toxins is one of them. These are pesticides sprayed on your foods, cooking with teflon pans, the toxic sunscreen you put on your skin, the cleaning products you use in your house, the use of perfume, your shampoo and soaps, your laundry detergent and the list goes on.

The body protects itself from all these toxins by accelerating fat cell production and water retention. The poisons are locked into the fat cells where it can do no harm to the organs. That is why it so important to drink a lot of water when you go on a detox or changing your diet drastically. All those poisons needs to be flushed out quickly.

You can’t avoid all toxins in this world and the body knows how to handle it. However in our modern life we are living in a sea of toxins. It is in our homes, our work place and even nature isn’t that pristine any more. Therefore it is important to reduce toxins in your life where ever you can.

Buy organic products and foods as much as possible, use glass containers, cook in “green” pans, try to avoid fragranced and perfumed products. Stop drinking coffee. It is one of the plants that has been highly sprayed with pesticides. Use coconut oil, avocado oil or olive oil as a body lotion. You don’t need sunscreen lotions. They are filled with toxins which are cooking in your skin by the sun. The toxic sunscreen lotions are causing the skin issues, not the sun. Use coconut oil instead and just sun bath wisely and wear white clothes. Don’t go running along busy streets. You are heavily breathing in all the car fumes. Start eating healthy. So many illnesses can be healed with a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Medications are toxins and don’t make you healthy or solve your health problems.
