Get them young, get them for life.

I came across this documentary. It is a documentary from France. Despite the French paradox, the French are battling with obesity as well, especially among the young.

We all know that junk food is not good for your health. But it is horrific to see what companies can get away with when there are no regulations, like in India. Food that is not fit for consumption.

The documentary also shows how kids are targetted. Even though they don’t advertise to them directly, they do it indirectly. Kids playing games and associating food companies with symbols. The subconscious brain of a child works faster than an adult. It scans its environment for threats. It needs to, because the child it is not able to take care of itself yet. Companies knows this and they use subliminal and covert ways to reach the kids. Parents think the games are innocent. They are not. The games work on repetition. The more repetition, the more the child thinks it is safe. It also works on the dopamine and reward effect and associates good vibes with the junk food. It is called Happy meal for a reason. Coke is always associated with groups of people (tribe behaviour) having the best time of their life.

If you want to see how you are being programmed and why it is so hard to get of junk food, watch this documentary. It is not just the chemicals which makes junk food addictive, it is the mind control that is behind it.

Obesity was the cause of death of 5.02 million people in 2019 worldwide. For some reason hardly anyone seems to be shocked or scared about that. Junk food companies are still thriving like never before. Are you sure you know what is going on?
