You can get fit, healthy and in great shape at any age. But when you are over 40, you’ll need to have a bit more patience. It is about working out smarter, not harder. There is no magic pill, short cuts and overnight success. It must become a way of life, supported by healthy habits. A healthy lifestyle increases your quality of life, so we are able to do the things we love. That is what we all want in the end.
If you have tried many exercise and diet regimes but you can’t seem to stick to them or you fall back in old behaviors, don’t despair. You are sabotaging yourself and I can show you how and why you are doing that and how to end it.

There is no one size fits all.
There is no “best diet”. The best diet is the one that works for you and you can stick to. We all have different nutritional needs. Drastic diet changes and meal plans often don’t work in the long run. That is why I work with food diary’s, no calorie counting needed. It is not only what you eat but also when and how. Reconnecting with your body and sensing what nurtures you.
About 20 years of exercise experience
The exercise programs are set up for working out at home using dumbbells, kettelbells, bands and bodyweight exercises. If you want a program you can use in the gym, I can help you with that as well.
Down to earth and to the point.
I like to keep things basic and practical. As a Dutch person we are known for being straightforward. I would like to give that a twist with a dose of compassion. We are often too hard on ourselves.
